Actually there’s no indication who the author is in here, although I can see it in the RSS feed. Also, the “yesterday” question is from a few days ago.

Hey, while I have your attention (if I do), is the temporary Gmail problem actually temporary or not? Should I just go ahead and register with it or should I continue to wait?
You have totally found a secret space. I guess I should consider this also to be a “who is using RSS” test, and a reminder that I should clean up RSS stuff while I’m at it. Heh.
The gmail problem seems to be mostly better — I think it’s being pretty responsive now, so you can go for it if you like. Many folks have signed up, waited x number of minutes, and then just emailed me after the fact to ask me to push ‘em through manually, which I’m fine doing, so I say go ahead and sign up and just poke me if you need to.

My so-called “shiny low” user number is 132, but I see maybe 20 people regularly posting here thus far.
What’s up with that? I signed up promptly, on the first day it was announced at MF. Did we start at 100? Is there a reserved block for Josh’s nepotistic hangers-on? I’ll have you know that I may very well be canceling my subscription and asking for a full refund if these concerns are not addressed to my full satisfaction in the nearest future.
