		<description>I say ten Hail Marys when I&#039;m on board a plane during take-off.  Mind you, I have no real idea why because I&#039;m an atheist who&#039;s not especially afraid of flying.  

I also tend to be generally wary of taking &lt;em&gt;too&lt;/em&gt; much notice of the fact that things are going very well when they are, or saying anything too &quot;gloaty&quot; or complacent, even silently in my head, if I&#039;m having a really good day or run of good luck -- it&#039;s just begging the cosmos to take you down a peg, usually in a highly nasty way.</description>

If I know I&#039;m going to a cemetery, I wear a necklace made of black obsidian because (according to lore) it wards off the undead.</description>
