Everyone always talks about meeting your past self…but what would you warn/remind your future self about, if you were able to travel forward in time a number of years?

Since my future self already knows everything my present and past self knows, I don’t know what I’d warn it about.
I would instead travel back in time, to when Kickstart was formulating this question, to help him come up with one a little more engaging.
I think people are not reading the question thoroughly or thinking it out. There are things that you don’t remember that your 10 year old self would think are important and there are things that are important to you now that some far future self would not even remember.
Hey, B, s’up?
Remember all that shit about that thing? Don’t sweat it.
I’d tell my future self that it’s not as rosy here in the past as future self is probably remembering it to be. Life’s fine and actually pretty fun, but it’s certainly not perfect. So if things don’t seem up to par, dear future self, it’s because you’re comparing it to a false ideal. There’s no point in wishing for the past, because it’s not what you think it was. Be happy with where you are.
(I have a tendency to romanticize my youth already, and I have to keep reminding myself that it had its ups and downs, same as my current life. Hopefully I will keep this in mind as I age further.)
