Smoking, of course.
Sometimes I play DDR. Sometimes, I create. I think I empathize with that one- even if creating is something like cooking dinner or doodling.
I laugh a lot, and I’m learning to stay away from the news and some documentaries. Not because the information isn’t important, but just because they bring me down.
A hug from my daughter or wife works wonders. That and video games.
