She wore a stunning professional white background. MetaFilter herself is quite extroverted, and always has an opinion or knowledge to share on any topic. Which made for some interesting conversations with everyone else playing minigolf that evening, as there was no topic to obscure or insignificant for MeFi to speak on. Sometimes, MeFi's comments are quite provocative, sometimes insightful, sometimes funny, and sometimes nonsensical. I made MeFi smile when we went out for pizza, and I specified that we wanted portobello mushrooms, not just any mushrooms. I had to backpedal when I started talking too much about myself, and she accused me of being a self-poster. After a nice walk, we shared some cheap OJ and had a late night plate of beans. When I took her home, I asked if I could come up and just got a what in response. In all, she's a nice girl. However, her only response to my asking for a second date has been repeating the line "$20 SAIT"; I think I'm going to go to her sister, AskMe, for some relationship advice.
